Pat Miller has worked in the University of Notre Dame's Office of Information Technology for 27 years, spending the most recent eight years in the Teaching and Learning Technologies team. His focus has been in adding learning management and course related video management data to the enterprise data warehouse so that academic researchers could benefit from the wealth of data on student interactions with the LMS and video technologies. This process included data governance to assure that appropriate access was provided in a secure and consistent manner to the interested members of the academy.
